Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 8, 2026
Introduction
Avadam (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a web application that helps you organize and run AI-assisted tasks. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use our service at the website where this policy is hosted (the “Service”).
Information we process
Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:
- Account information. If you sign in with Google, we receive profile details that Google shares with us (such as your name, email address, and profile image) as part of the sign-in process.
- Content you submit. Text you enter into the Service (for example, task descriptions or prompts) may be sent to our AI providers to generate responses.
- Gmail metadata (optional). If you grant permission, we may access read-only Gmail data you authorize (such as message headers or snippets) solely to power features you request, in line with applicable Google API Services User Data Policy requirements.
- Technical data. Standard server and analytics data such as IP address, device/browser type, and timestamps may be collected by our hosting or infrastructure providers.
How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
- Authenticate you and secure your account;
- Process your requests and display results;
- Comply with law and protect rights, safety, and integrity.
Third-party services
The Service relies on subprocessors such as hosting providers, Google (authentication and, if enabled, Gmail APIs), and AI model providers. Their use of data is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Retention
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required by law. You may disconnect Google or stop using the Service at any time; some data may persist for a limited period in backups or logs.
Your choices
You can revoke the Service’s access to your Google account through your Google Account permissions. For other requests regarding your data, contact us using the information in the Terms of Service page where applicable.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above.
Contact
Questions about this policy: use the support contact shown in your Google Cloud / OAuth consent screen for this application, or reach the operator of this deployment through the contact methods they publish for the Service.
